Welcome to the St. Paul’s Newnan EYC (Episcopal Youth Community)!
EYC stands for Episcopal Youth Community. This community embraces youth who are in the 6th to 12th grades. Our mission is to welcome everyone as we search for God in our lives through the Scriptures, prayers, outreach, our interactions with others, and having fun together.
Our regular gatherings include:
Sunday School (Sundays from 9:15am-10:15am)
Rite 13 – 6th – 7th grade youth will meet in the room across from the Youth Room. Rite 13’s focus will be to build self-esteem in the context in the Christian community, as well as, preparing youth to be adults in the church. Also, Rite 13 will affirm the power of creative energy and to explore the thoughts and disciplines which allow individuals to effect change in the world
8th – 12th grade youth will meet in the Youth Room. This group will use the J2A curriculum to continue their journey to be adults in the church, and they will help to plan the spring retreat and summer trip.
EYC (Sundays from 5pm-6:30pm)
EYC will meet every week unless notified earlier. Prepare to have fun, develop fellowship amongst other youth, and learn more about God’s love.
Deep End (Wednesdays from 6:30pm-7:30pm)
All youth are welcome to join us on Wednesdays nights to ask the question: Where is God in my life? Prepare to laugh, learn, listen, and be challenged in your faith.
Breakfast Club (Thursdays from 7:00am-7:45am)
Breakfast Club is an opportunity for high school youth to meet and spend time together before school starts. This is a chance for prayer and fellowship.
